1 Year Warranty: The reason we are able to offer our customers a 1 year warranty on our rebuilt ball screws is due to the high quality and precision of our final product and the skills and craftsmanship of our experienced staff.  We do the job right the first time.   This is the same (or better) warranty you will get from most suppliers with a new OEM ball screw.

Our 1 Year Warranty Covers: If your ball screw assembly fails under normal use within the 12 month warranty period,  you can ship it back to us and we will evaluate the problem and repair it free of charge.

Our 1 Year Warranty is Valid Only If:

• The ball screw assembly is installed and aligned correctly.
• The ball screw assembly is properly lubricated, the machine’s lubrication system is working and the correct type of lubricant is used.
• The machine has not been abused, run into, or had a collision.
• The ball screw assembly has not been tampered with or contaminated with water, coolant, or excessive amounts of grinding dust or other abrasive material.
• If the ball screw assembly is on an axis that is counterbalanced, this must work properly or the ball screw will likely fail, voiding the warranty.

Our 1 Year Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Shipping or installation costs.
• Refunds.
• Compensation for down time.
